Mount Joy, Pennsylvania (August 17, 2016) – In January, the Super Cup Stock Car Series (SCSCS) and the MAVTV motorsports network originally announced their agreement to televise multiple 2016 events.  After much anticipation, air dates and times have been released.
 
SCSCS, billed as Racin’ the Way It Used to Be, is enjoying its ninth season of competition, touring around short tracks throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.  600 horsepower, 3,300 pound steel-bodied stock cars, many of which originated from the former Hooters Pro Cup Series, are featured in the unique race formats.

For the first time in nine years, a Mecum Auctions show will go on air without co-host Stephen Cox who is recovering from burns received in a racing incident at Circuit of the Americas on February 13th.

NBCSN is expanding its motorsports coverage to include the Mid-America 24th annual Las Vegas Motorcycle Auction at South Point Exhibit Hall on January 9-10. The auction features many of the finest historic motorcycles on a consignment list including a 1977 MV Agusta 850 SS, a 1990 BMW R100GS Paris-Dakar edition, and a 1960 Benelli Barracuda. 

Sopwith's Stephen Cox, producer of the "Twist the Throttle" MV Agusta special in 2012, will co-host the telecast with Scott Hoke and John Kraman for NBCSN. Coverage times are to be announced. 

The upcoming Mid-America motorcycle auction at Las Vegas is taking shape and the docket will be full of some of the most remarkable and historic antique motorcycles in existence. 

Mecum Auto Auctions will be seen this week on NBCSN at the following times:

In cooperation with Masters Entertainment Group, Sopwith Motorsports Television Productions will provide production support and personnel for NBCSN's coverage of the Howes Lubricator Battle of the Bluegrass (BOB) Pulling Series this weekend in Elizabethtown, KY. 
 

Time Warner Cable of Wisconsin's SportsChannel 32 will feature the Krebs Trucking 48 at Slinger Super Speedway at the following times: 

Monday 8/25 @ 3pm
Wednesday 8/27 @ 6:30am
Friday 8/29 @ 3:30am & 3:30pm
Saturday 8/30 @ 1pm

The Krebs Trucking 48 is the fourth episode of Sopwith Motorsports TV in 2014. Upcoming shows will feature Mid-American stock car racing at Elko Speedway in Minnesota and LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway in Wisconsin.

Selected dates from the Mid-American Stock Car Series schedule will once again be televised, both nationally and regionally, during the upcoming racing season. The series will continue its relationship with Sopwith Motorsports Television Productions, which brought Mid-Am racing to television for the first time in 2013.
